The ancient practice of Reiki is a holistic therapy that nurtures your body, mind and spirit. This technique uses natural energy, fto promote calm and relaxation, taking you on a journey to balance and harmony. The experience combats stress, and encourages emotional release and rejuvenation. Energy healing has been practiced in some form across the world, in many ancient cultures. Reiki was founded in Tibetan monasteries, and formalised by Doctor Mikao Usui, in the late 19th century. All true practitioners can trace their teaching lineage back to Doctor Usui, to ensure the purity and integrity of the treatment. I am a true Practitioner and accredited by the UK Reiki Federation. |
